The Ideas of Cardinal Josef Cardijn, the founder of the YCW, live on in the current Young Christian Workers movement and in a multitude of organizations and institutions that work in the spirit of his methodology all over the world.

However, Cardijn also lives on in the material heritage of the movement. The past months, this heritage was the subject of a large conservation-effort led by KADOC-KuLeuven. In order to highlight both aspects of Cardijn’s heritage, the IYCW, the ICA and KADOC-KULEUVEN cooperate to organize a webinar on the 13th of November, Cardijn’s birthday, at 15h (CEST). It will be the opportunity to hear about Cardijn’s impact today and to learn about heritage conservation in practice.
